Architecture

Enterprise Intelligence, Built on Context.

ACE, the Adeqo Context Engine, keeps one graph per account: the systems, entities, rules, and history of the business. Agents work from that graph, so every task starts with the context already in place.

Five Layers, From Systems to Action.

  1. Enterprise Systems

The CRM, finance, advertising, analytics, commerce, and phone systems the business already runs.

  2. Data and Integration

Connectors sync each system into ACE. Tracking checks score every join as pass, warning, or critical before the data is used.

  3. ACE Context Engine

One graph per account, holding the business entities, how they connect, the account’s rules, and its history.

  4. Agents

Each agent runs one declared workflow against the graph.

  5. Governance and Execution

Agent output is a proposal held for a named owner. Every action writes an audit row.

Outcomes are recorded back into the graph.

How Control Is Kept.

  1. One Graph per Account

Context and agent access are scoped to one account.

  2. Declared Inputs

An agent reads only the entities its workflow lists as inputs.

  3. Owner Approval

Agents write proposals. The owner the workflow names decides whether each one goes ahead.

  4. Audit Rows

Every action records the actor, timestamp, rule reference, and outcome.

  5. Escalation and Overrides

Each workflow declares when work escalates to a person. Exceptions to the standard are approved and logged.
