Governance Layer

Rules-enforced execution. Before campaigns go live.

Campaign blueprints, pre-launch QA and tracking readiness run as rules. Every check has a defined pass/fail and a full audit trail. One taxonomy, one UTM schema. That is how ACE matches a campaign to a conversion.

Six execution-standard systems.

Campaign Blueprint Engine

Standardizes account structure before specialists touch a platform.

UTM & Naming Enforcement

Naming convention and UTM architecture validated on every campaign.

Schema validationutm_source / medium / campaign / content / termChannel taxonomy compliance

Pre-Launch QA

Gate that blocks campaign launch until checks pass.

Audit Logs

Every check, override, and decision logged for compliance and post-mortem review.

Account-Level Rules

Per-account overrides where market or vertical requires it — always logged.

Per-market overridesVertical exceptionsApproval required

The standard, written down.

A rule only governs if everyone can read it. These are the three that decide whether ACE can match a campaign to a conversion.

The naming convention, as enforced

Every campaign identifier decomposes into four segments. A name that does not decompose fails the blueprint check before a specialist opens a platform.

NRTAccountThree-letter account code, assigned once and never reused.
EMEAMarketRegion or country. Drives geo targeting and per-market overrides.
Q2PeriodPlanning quarter the budget was approved against.
PROSPECTObjectiveOne of the objective classes the channel taxonomy defines.

The UTM schema, as validated

Five parameters. The first four are required on every paid link. This is the join key ACE uses to match a campaign to a conversion.

UTM schema4 required · 1 conditional

utm_mediumObjective class, not the ad formatcpc · paid_social · displayRequired

The audit log, as written

Actor, timestamp, rule reference, outcome. Machine checks and human overrides land in the same log, which is what makes an override reviewable rather than invisible.

Tracking readiness, scored.

The measurement foundation ACE builds on. A failing check here invalidates every number downstream of it, which is why it gates rather than warns.
